Privacy policy

This policy explains how ZyroTV (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through zyrotvpro.com. We have written it in plain English rather than legal shorthand, because a privacy notice nobody can read protects nobody.

Data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the order form, the free trial form or the contact form, we collect the fields on that form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the country line-ups you asked for, your adult-content preference, and — on the order form only — your chosen plan, line type and, for a renewal, the username of the line being extended. Any free-text note you add is collected as written.

Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted we record the IP address the request came from and the browser user-agent string. These are attached to the internal notification and used to prevent abuse of the forms, such as automated submissions.

Live chat

Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. When the widget loads it may set cookies and process technical data under its own privacy policy. If you never open the chat, no conversation data is created.

What we never collect on this website

We do not request or process card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials through this website. Payment is arranged separately with our team after you submit an order.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you asked for. Preparing a subscription or trial line and sending you the credentials.
• To reply to you. Answering contact messages and following up on an order.
• To protect the service. Rate limiting and blocking automated submissions.
• To meet legal obligations. Retaining records where the law requires it.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one) for order and trial handling, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service for abuse prevention.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under a single key and never leaves your device. Tawk.to sets its own cookies when the chat widget loads; you can prevent this by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: our email provider, which transmits the messages described above, our hosting provider, and Tawk.to for live chat. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

Retention

Order and trial records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can handle renewals and support requests, and no longer than required by applicable law. Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a short period after it is closed. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, credentials for our email provider are held in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser, and access to submission data is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we do commit to acting promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email zyrotvpro@gmail.com from the address you used when contacting us, so we can verify the request. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. Continued use of zyrotvpro.com after a change means you accept the updated policy.
